Food and Drink
Dining is at the epicentre of a Crystal experience. From a relaxed bistro to Michelin Star level cuisine accompanied with complementary vintage wines, all of the 11 open seating dining options await.
There are up to 11 dining venues onboard each ship, including:
- Waterside – traditionally modern, opening seating main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Umi Uma by Nobu Matsuhisa – it’s a real treat to dine at master chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa’s Japanese-Peruvian restaurant.
- Osteria D'Ovidio - Take your tastebuds on a tour of Crystal's modern, international cuisine options.
- Bistro Café – A bustling atmosphere serving pates, charcuterie and international cheeses, plus of course a wide selection of complementary teas and coffees.
- Tastes Kitchen and Bar - Sumptuous, regionally inspired tapas-style cuisine is the perfect combination of sophisticated style and casual dining.
- The Vintage Room – Unsurprisingly there is an additional charge if you indulge yourself with a Private Wine Dinner, which can feature any wine from the 10,000 bottle, 230 vintages, onboard.
- Scoops Ice Cream Bar – its death by the wonderful, delicious ice cream served at Scoops.
- Trident Grill – Pool side al fresco dining serving delicious burgers, pizzas, wraps and salads.

Spa, Health and Wellness
Relax and recharge in the expansive and indulgent Crystal Life Spa. A multituide of therapies await in the treatment rooms, whilst the state-of-the-art sauna and changing rooms enable you to linger in luxury.
The Crystal Life Salon offers a range of personal treatments including haircuts, stylings and colourings. Facials, manicures and pedicures are also available.
Additionally, a very well stocked gym featuring the latest equipment is available to use during your stay with Crystal. Multiple running machines, bikes, cross trainers and free weights await. Private and Boutique Adventures are select opportunities that are largely exclusive to Crystal, some of which can be customised to your exact requirements.
Crystal really excels when it comes to entertaining onboard. Whether you enjoy a casual cocktail and soft piano music in Crystal Cove or prefer the razzmatazz of a broadway style show in the Galaxy Lounge, Crystal has it covered.
If you are sailing on Crystal Symphony, during the day the Starlite Club, with its panoramic sea views, is the venue to enjoy captivating lectures, whilst in the evening it transforms into a modern dance venue with its circular bar. The Stardust Club onboard Crystal Serenity host lectures during the day but turns into an authentic Supper Club, inspired by the music of The Rat Pack, featuring performances by the ship’s live band.
Crystal Serenity also features Pulse night club, where you can dance the night away to favourite chart hits and by day the venue hosts VIP gaming.
The Art Deco inspired Hollywood Theatre is the place to go if you fancy watching a recent release movie. If you enjoy the occasional cigar then the Connoisseur Club is an exclusive retreat just for you, combine with a fine Cognac and appreciate the atmosphere in the unique surroundings.
Resort World present all kinds of gaming tables and slot machines within a glamorous stylish and glittering, exciting atmosphere within the casino. If having a flutter is your thing then Crystal’s casino is one of the best around.
Avenue of the Stars will find you in a shopper’s paradise. Jewels, watches, high fashion, mementos, resort wear, boutiques all have their place.
If you just want to find a quiet place to read a book or finish off a puzzle then the library, packed with books from all genres is the perfect place to get away.
Enrichment Programmes
The Creative Learning Institute offers classes and workshops featuring a variety of topics including wine, finance, art and wellness.
Computer University@Sea provides users not only with numerous 27 inch Apple Mac computers but also a team of specialists are on hand to help you enhance your computer skills and even work with you to turn your cruise experience into a personalised digital movie or photo documentary.
Crystal Visions Lecture Series bring aboard celebrities, athletes, politicians, renowned scientists and celebrated authors, who will share their stories as part of Crystal’s award-winning enrichment series.
The Bridge Lounge offers supervised games of bridge on ever voyage overseen by a ACBL accredited instructor on every cruise.
Sustainability
Crystal Clean is the mantra when it comes to respecting the environment, with objectives of minimising waste, reducing water consumption and natural resources, and increasing sustainable sourcing.
Both Symphony and Serenity have an appointed Environmental Officer onboard who’s full time position is to increase awareness and continually improve processes and procedures that will optimise sustainability, economic impact, environmental impact and social impact.
Onboard treatment procedures and comprehensive recycling programmes help mitigate impact on the environment, including ensuring that waste and other materials generated onboard leave little or no footprint behind.
Over 650,000 gallons of water are saved annually by encouraging guests to reduce changes to their linens and towels, low-flow shower heads in all guest and crew accommodations reduce water consumption by 50%, eco-friendly water filtration systems remove the need for still and sparkling bottled water in each dining venue.
Reducing consumption of plastic and Recycling is a key focus for Crystal. Use of plastic bottles and other containers have been reduced, plastic straws have been removed all together, disposable linen bags, shoeshine bags and dry-cleaning bags have all been replaced by cloth.
All recyclable materials are separated and sorted onboard and either recycled on route or in the case of printer cartridges, batteries, left over soap and toiletries, these are collected, stored and then off loaded for recycling when the ship hits US soil.
Crystal’s itinerary planning ensures that not only local laws are abided to but in many cases they are exceeded to ensure that the destinations continue to thrive for residents and future travellers.
